Helmet – a cycling-specific helmet is compulsory for riding on the circuit;

Clothes for off the track – a jacket or hoody will help keep you warm when you're not riding;

Your Ticket - this will be attached to your confirmation email when you book and have a QR code on which will be scanned on arrival. This can either be printed or presented on your phone or tablet.

You will not be permitted to ride your own e-bike on circuit.

The demo day will start at 10am and finish at 4pm.

A demo day ticket costs - £15.

You can purchase a couple's ticket for £20.

Please note that riders must be at least 18 years old to go out on the track. 

Your demo day ticket includes:

• Entry to a traffic free cycling circuit

• Unlimited cycling for the day

• The opportunity to test and compare a diverse range of electric bikes

• The chance to speak with brand experts who are on hand to answer any questions

All cyclists must be over the age of 18 to test bikes and gain access to the cycling circuit. 

There is a café located inside the Velodrome building serving food, hot drinks and general refreshments.

There is a carpark at the venue. The VeloPark carpark you must pay for on arrival. We will send details on exactly how to do this nearer the event date.

There are locker and changing facilities at the VeloPark that are free for attendees to use. Make sure you bring everything you need with you as there is nothing for loan on site.

You are not able to ride your owne- bike on the tracks.

Cycling Electric Demo Days are fantastic opportunities to test and compare some of the best e-bikes on the market, meaning that the circuit is reserved for e-bikes provided by our sponsors only. If you decide to cycle to the event then there will be facilities to store your e-bike, but storage will be your own responsibility and at your own risk. 

While we do our best to cater for all riders, the e-bike selection from each brand at the Demo Day will likely include frame sizes from small to large. Electric folding and cargo bikes come in one size with adjustable seat and handler heights and positions to cater for all sizes.

E-bikes cannot be reserved ahead of the event. We will make every effort to ensure that everyone gets to ride as many of these bikes as possible over the course of the day, but please note we cannot guarantee the availability of any e-bike. All will be booked on a first come first served basis. Only one e-bike can be taken out at a time. We recommend testing the bike for no longer than 20 minutes.

Yes, family and friends are welcome to attend as spectators. All spectators will need to pre-register free of charge before the event. Please note that spectators are not allowed on the circuit.
